Due to restrictions in some areas of the US, we DO NOT ship ammunition to the following states: AK, CA, CT, DE, Washington DC, HI, IL, KS, MA, MD, NJ, NY*, New Orleans, OH, LA. RI
* In NY Ammo can only be shipped to an authorized firearms dealer (FFL). Contact store directly to make arrangements for shipping in NY State.
NOTICE - AMMUNITION SHIPPING METHOD RESTRICTIONS:
All Ammunition must ship UPS ground. Ammunition CANNOT be shipped Over Night or 2nd Day Air. (If express delivery is selected ammunition will still be shipped via UPS ground)

Hazardous Material. Must ship Ground Only. Not eligible for expedited shipping. Contiguous 48 state only except where prohibited. A physical address is required for delivery.
NOTICE - AMMUNITION RETURNS:
No Ammunition Returns will be Accepted. For Safety reasons we do not accept returns on ammunition, black powder primers, reloading leads and brass or bullets.

Please note that ammunition may ship in its own packaging, so the contents may be identified.

It is YOUR responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products that Whitetail Country Sports World offers for sale.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTES: Whitetail Country Sports World does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
EXCEPTIONS: a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new will not be refunded or exchanged. b) Items that are special ordered cannot be refunded or exchanged. c) Laundered (washed) garments cannot be refunded or exchanged. d) Footwear that has been worn cannot be refunded or exchanged. e) Any item that came in factory sealed or shrinked wrapped packaging, will not be refunded or exchanged, if the packaging is opened or damaged.
Defective Items: If your product arrives defective, please notify us immediately and we will assist you with the replacement process.
WARRANTY Repair/Replacement: Many manufacturers require that you return defective/damaged items directly to them. If you are unsure of how to handle your warranty return, please contact us at 716-373-2144 or whitetailcountry@verizon.net, and we will help facilitate your return.
DAMAGED or LOST ITEMS: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, due to handling during shipment, please contact the delivery carrier immediately, to file a claim. Please note the damage on the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that receipt. Please keep all packaging/shipping materials in tact and contact us immediately at 716-373-2144 so we can assist you with the claims process.
